The Quarterly Plan:
The Fresh Start Fix It Company offers a comprehensive home maintenance plan that includes four visits per year after an initial home survey. During each appointment, our skilled technicians will dedicate up to two hours to perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep your home in excellent condition. If necessary, we can provide recommendations for additional maintenance services that fall outside the scope of your plan.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing all necessary materials. However, our team can provide materials for a fee upon request. Trust us to keep your home well-maintained and minimize the need for costly repairs in the future.
The Monthly Plan:
The Fresh Start Fix It Company offers a monthly home maintenance plan that begins with an initial home survey to assess your needs. Our team will visit your home once a month for up to two hours to perform a range of maintenance tasks, and we can offer recommendations for additional services if required.
Our monthly maintenance plan includes all the services provided in the quarterly plans, plus a few added benefits:
- With this plan, customers receive a reserved monthly appointment time, giving them peace of mind and the ability to reschedule at no additional cost.
-We provide basic materials such as furnace filters, LED lightbulbs, batteries, and caulk, while the customer supplies materials that require personalized selection, such as handicap accessories. Additionally, customers on the monthly plan receive a 10% labor discount on any handyman work performed by our team that is not covered under their service contract.
-As a bonus, monthly maintenance plan customers receive a 5% labor discount on all remodel work performed by The Fresh Start Fix It Company for multi-day or multi-week projects. Trust us to keep your home in excellent condition and enjoy the added benefits of our monthly maintenance plan.
