Keeping on top of your home’s regular maintenance can be a real struggle. Let us do the work, so you can focus on other things. With our quarterly and monthly maintenance plans, you can let us handle the house, so you can enjoy the home.

The Quarterly plan:

After an initial home survey, The Fresh Start Fix It Company will come out to your home four times a year and perform home maintenance tasks.  Appointments last up to two hours. We can make recommendations as needed on any additional maintenance to your home not covered under your maintenance plan. Customers provide all materials (installer provides for a fee).

Regular Price for 4 In-home Maintenance appointments: $720

Maintenance contract price, charged monthly: $54/month, a 10% savings!

Maintenance contract price, charged annually: $600/year, a 17% savings!

The Monthly plan:

After an initial home survey, The Fresh Start Fix It Company will come out to your home once per month, and perform home maintenance tasks. Appointments last up to two hours, and we can make recommendations as needed on any additional maintenance to your home note covered under your maintenance plan. The monthly plan includes all of the services provided on the quarterly plans, plus:

• Monthly maintenance plan customers receive a reserved monthly appointment time, so they always know when we’re coming. Can be rescheduled by the customer for no additional charge.
• Installer provides basic materials (such furnace filters, LED lightbulbs, batteries, caulk, etc), customer provides materials requiring preferential selection (such as handicap accessories, etc)
• Monthly maintenance plan customers receive a 10% discount on all additional handyman work performed by The Fresh Start Fix It Company not covered in their service contract (single day jobs).
• Monthly maintenance plan customers receive a 5% discount on all remodel work performed by The Fresh Start Fix It Company (multiday/multiweek jobs)

Maintenance contract price, charged monthly: $150/month, an 18% savings!

Maintenance contract price, charged annually: $1650/year, a 25% savings!
